Kutter Kap®
  Gingi-Pak's patented packaging design includes the
Kutter Kap on every bottle of retraction cord. The Kutter Kap cuts
the cord without the need for scissors and automatically holds and stores the
cord to prevent cross-contamination.
To use:
1) simply open the cap
2) pull out the desired length of cord required
3) snap the cap shut
The stainless
steel blade, inside the cap to protect fingers, does the cutting for you!

Original Cords
- Adjustable and Easy to Pack
Original 2-Ply and Crown-Pak® 4-Ply retraction cords were the first
impregnated dry pack cords produced for the dental profession. Introduced in
1955, they remain the product of choice for those dentists who want the ability to adjust the physical quantities
of the cord to match clinical situations. The soft 2-ply and 4-ply cords
are loosely wound and the strands are easily separated, twisted or combined to
make it readily adaptable for use in the gingival sulcus, regardless of the
sulcus size and is suitable for all techniques, including the 2-cord technique.
Each bottle
is equipped with the Kutter Kap. Original 2-ply contains 108 inches (274cm) and 4-ply contains 72 inches of 100% cotton cord (183cm).
Impregnated with dl epinephrine HCI (racemic epinephrine) for hemostasis, each
linear inch of cord contains a controlled quantity of 0.5mg of
solution. Original 2-ply is also available as a plain cord.
Soft-Twist Cords - 3 Easy-to-Pack-Sizes
Gingi-Pak MAX Soft-Twist cord is firmly twisted for easy packing, yet absorbent and
adaptable to the sulcus. Made of 100% cotton, the cord stays positioned and will
not pop out of the sulcus. Soft-Twist cords, offered in 3 sizes, are suitable
for all techniques including the 2-cord technique.
Each bottle is equipped with the Kutter Kap and contains 108 inches of cord

Z-Twist Weave - Easy
to Pack and See
Gingi-Pak MAX Z-Twist Weave is a fourth-generation, state-of-the-art
retraction material. It's unique braided configuration gives the 100%
cotton cord excellent handling characteristics that packs easily and
remains in place. The tight weave resists penetration by even the
smallest of packing instruments. The cords' dark colors are easily seen
in the sulcus. Available in 5 sizes, including the
NEW #000 Z-Twist, which are ideal for all techniques, including the 2-cord technique.
Each bottle is equipped with the Kutter Kap. MAX Z-Twist bottles contain 108 inches (274cm) and Z-Twist #3 contain 72 inches (183cm) of

for hemostasis, each linear inch contains a controlled quantity of 0.5mg
of solution. Z-Twist Weave cords are also available as a plain cord.
Pellets and Cotton Coil
  Both
the cotton pellets and cotton coils are available in plain for assorted clinical
uses or impregnated with epinephrine for hemostasis. The cotton coil may
be used as a substitute for retraction cord. It may be shaped to the
sulcus depth and width.
