SILICONE-HANDLED INSTRUMENTS
Silicone-handled Nemetz cord packers allow you to work faster, more comfortably and with greater control.  The 45° offset blade angle reduces end-to-end flipping, and the finely etched edges give better cord traction without pulling or snagging.  Special "tactile" grips are made of soft, autoclavable silicone.

The Stark Cord Placer is also available with a comfortable silicone handle.  This convenient posterior and anterior placer has a non-stick coating.  The GTX coating prevents the instrument from sticking to the cord and tissue fluids.  The Stark Cord Placer is ideal for packing a woven retraction cord.

Crown Remover

The Nemetz crown remover is a lightweight, special-purpose tool which allows you to remove plastic or ceramic-faced crowns and bridges easily and safely.  The tool's unique double action opens the crown with both frontal and lateral displacement for easy removal, and the two heads are offset 90º to provide just the right working angle, even in difficult areas.  Soft silicone grips provide a tactile feel, and the tool may be sterilized with all techniques.
