We've completely redesigned the conventional cord packer and added features that allow you to work faster, more comfortably and with greater control.

• Fine edge etching for better cord traction without snagging!
• 45° Angle offset blade angle reduces end-to-end instrument flipping associated with conventional hatchet-and-hoe designs!
• Autoclavable, soft silicone "tactile tone" grips for a feel you won't believe!
• Boat shaped blade design for access into spaces other instruments can't reach!
• Use the Nemetz 3 for posterior and the Nemetz 4 for anterior.
