Dry Conditioner 6800
Instructions for Use

  1. image: Bonding Hydrocolloid HeaterPlug the unit into electrical outlet with the power switch set to "OFF".
  2. Obtain material to liquefy. (For syringe materials ensure caps are secured on syringes)
  3. Insert material to liquefy in proper slot with cap in first.
  4. Turn the power switch to the "ON" position. A red indicator light will indicate the unit is on.
  5. To begin the boiling cycle, press the "BOIL" button on the front panel. A yellow light will commence flashing indicating the boiling cycle is in process. This will continue for the entire boiling cycle.
  6. The unit will automatically complete the boiling cycle and return to the storage temperature. The yellow light will stop flashing.
  7. Once the green light on the "READY" symbol turns on, the materials are ready to use. The material may be stored for up to 5 days.

Additional Comments:

  • If material needs to be boiled again, just press the "BOIL" button if unit is in the ready-to-use mode.
  • Unit does not need to be turned off to boil fresh material. Just fill heating block with materials needed and press the "BOIL" button.

Item # 6800-SS A mixed heating block fitted for 2.5cc and 5cc syringes. Capacity - 3 each.
Item # 6800-C A heating block fitted for 1.8cc cartridge. Capacity - 8 cartridges.
