Belport Co. Inc. was founded by the Bell Family in 1954, with the development
and introduction of Orostat®, a synthetic epinephrine solution specially
formulated for use in dentistry. The following year, we patented and introduced
Gingi-Pak® Retraction Cord, the first impregnated dry-pack cord for the dental
profession. In 1976, Gingi-Pak, a division of Belport Co. Inc. was created to
distribute and market all Belport products worldwide.
During the past 50
years, Gingi-Pak has developed state-of -the-art retraction materials and tissue
management products, earning it the reputation as "the experts in soft tissue
management" throughout the world. The Gingi-Pak line also includes Cohere®
Bonding Hydrocolloid, SuperBody® and SuperSyringe® Traditional Hydrocolloid,
flavorful Gingicaine® Topical Anesthetic, syringes and hand instruments.
Gingi-Pak is located
in Camarillo California and achieved the international quality standard of ISO
9001 Certification in 1997. Still family-owned, Gingi-Pak distributes it's
products throughout the USA and is represented by importers in nearly every
country in the world.
Additionally, Gingi-Pak
is the exclusive distributor of Riskontrol Air/Water Syringes and disposable
Syringe Tips in North America.
